So far, our company has been honored to undertake the construction tasks of a total of 21 AC and DC UHV engineering projects of State Grid Corporation of China and China Southern Power Grid Corporation (10 AC and 11 straight lines; of which, 18 are State Grid Corporation UHV projects, and China Southern Power Grid UHV Project 3); the supply performance of UHV AC line project reached 25,884, and the supply performance of DC line reached 47,917 (of which, Changji to Guquan ±1100kV UHV product supply reached 13,353, and there are 25 1000kN products in Xinjiang The V-type string of Hami section was successfully applied); 73,801 AC and DC lines were supplied.

2. Technical characteristics of UHV product production

(1) Excellent silicone rubber skirt material formula, far exceeding the standard requirements, leading the industry

● The umbrella skirt material is added with imported D4, a silicone rubber matrix with a molecular weight of 600,000. It is used in combination with several silicone rubbers with the same molecular weight and different vinyl content, which greatly improves the bond energy between the groups and makes the product more excellent. Electrical performance and UV resistance.

● Nanometer surface-treated aluminum hydroxide and special additives are used in the raw materials to effectively provide the mechanical and electrical properties of the silicone rubber material. The technical performance indexes of the umbrella skirt compound are higher than the requirements of the national standard, the standard and the tender requirements.

(2) Continuous innovation of rubber mixing process

● Through mixing, kneading and other steps, the silicone rubber compound excludes low-molecular substances, makes each raw material evenly dispersed in the silicone rubber material, and improves the flame retardancy and aging resistance of the rubber compound.

● Automatic control and alarm system are added to the three key parameters of time, temperature and vacuum in the rubber compound kneading process to ensure the process quality of the rubber compound kneading process.

(3) Leading hardware crimping technology

● The patented technology of “a method for controlling the mechanical load dispersion of composite insulators” (invention patent number: ZL201010260866.8) is adopted for the connection control between the fittings and the mandrel to ensure that the product has high mechanical strength, stable performance and low dispersion.

● The crimping of the fittings adopts the KC1200 crimping machine imported from Finland. UHV products can complete the crimping of one end of the fittings in only two times, which effectively improves the crimping efficiency of the fittings and mandrel and the reliability of the connection; at the same time, it takes joint research with the manufacturer The developed UC control crimping machine and the dual automatic control technology of synchronous compression force and compression size ensure the consistency and stability of mechanical strength and connection quality.

● Adopt the acoustic emission detection flaw detection system imported by American Acoustics Physics Co., Ltd. to monitor the crimping process of the core rod in real time to ensure that there is no crimping rod and no unqualified product flow.

(4) Optimized and upgraded UHV integral injection molding process

● Continuous injection process improvement for the injection process: the injection machine is equipped with a synchronous oven and a synchronous bracket. After the UHV product is put on the machine, there is no need to repeat the upper and lower molds. The injection molding of the entire product can be completed on the injection machine at one time without manual joint cutting. , Eliminate the possibility of contamination of the mandrel injection area and product knocking during the upper and lower handling of the product, and two people can realize the operation, effectively reducing artificial mandrel pollution and damage, reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency .

● Adopt manual-free trimming mold: the injected product adopts torn edge skin to completely eliminate the risk of product appearance damage caused by manual trimming, and at the same time improve production efficiency.

● The monitoring method and means of the overall injection effect are at the leading level in the industry: the non-destructive testing is used to detect the eccentricity of the sheath, the special device for detecting the strength of the sheath and the core rod and other methods.

● Control of the bonding strength between the core rod and the sheath: In order to make the interface between the core rod and the sheath reliable, the formulation of the umbrella skirt material that affects the bonding strength is strictly controlled, and the "bonding strength between the core rod and the sheath interface" has been formulated. "Technical Specifications", during the trial production of the product, the effectiveness of the primer, the cleanliness of the core rod surface, the uniformity of the primer, the pre-baking temperature of the core rod, and the mold temperature are strictly controlled to ensure the good adhesion of the core rod and the sheath Reliable connection to ensure the electrical performance of the insulation interface within the product.

(5) The comprehensive technical performance of ±1100kV UHV products has reached the international advanced level and won the excellent performance

The world's highest voltage and highest tonnage ±1100kV products developed by our company have been highly evaluated by industry experts and successfully connected to the grid and operated safely in the ±1100kV UHV transmission line project from Changji to Guquan:

● On December 12, 2015, the China Power Enterprise Federation organized industry experts to conduct a technical appraisal of the ±1100kV UHV DC composite insulator series products independently developed by our company; the experts of the appraisal committee formed a consensus that our company ±1100kV UHV DC The comprehensive technical performance of the series of composite insulator products has reached the international advanced level.

● The mechanical strength of the ±1100kV UHV DC composite insulator series products developed by our company includes 160kN~1000kN, of which the product structure of 1000kN is the first at home and abroad. The destruction load of this tonnage product is greater than 1400kN and has good mechanical properties; currently our company has 25 A 1000kN product was successfully hung on the V-string of the Xinjiang Hami section of the Changji-Guquan line and operated safely.

 Our company's ±1100kV UHV DC composite insulator series products have won the bid for the ±1100kV UHV project from Changji to Guquan (leading wiring project and supporting engineering) for a total of 13353 units.
